Meet The Developers

 Jeff Stoddard is a fourth generation Idahoan.  He was raised in Boise and completed multiple degree programs at the University of Idaho prior to earning an MBA from Harvard Business School.  After working at a large money center real estate bank and for a public real estate development company, Stoddard co-founded Buie Stoddard Group, a Southern California real estate development company.  Buie Stoddard Group has developed many well-know projects in Southern California and won scores of design and marketing awards during the past 30 years.  BSG has acquired, master-planned and developed property for more than 10,000 residential units in San Diego, Orange and Riverside Counties.  They have developed dozens of commercial income producing properties including retail, office, apartment and industrial buildings.

Green Village Development was founded in Boise in 1967 and built upon principles of integrity, consistency, sound long-term business practices, and a vision of creating highly livable neighborhoods. Tucker Johnson has over 20 years of neighborhood development experience - he grew up in the business.

After receiving his master's degree from Boise State he took over the reins of leadership from his father in 1997. Under his leadership, Green Village developed many notable neighborhoods in the Boise area: Hazelwood Village, Sonata Hills, Rockhampton, and Wildbrook to name a few.
